Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and implement robust sales strategies tailored to the assigned area to drive growth in commodity product sales.
∎ Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities and challenges, developing plans to expand product reach and market share.
∎ Proactively seek and onboard new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to enhance market penetration and distribution network.
∎ Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization without compromising quality.
∎ Work towards achieving positive EBITA by strategically optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of product quality and service.
∎ Regularly monitor sales performance against established targets, utilizing data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
∎ Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve overall business objectives.
∎ Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with area growth targets through consistent monitoring and support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years

∎ Advance knowledge in MS Excel & Google Apps
∎ Ability to identify process gaps & suggest improvements
∎ Manage to deliver under tight deadlines and to hold people accountable
∎ Pro-activeness with a “can do” attitude, willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
