Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Primary Target and other Target parameters (Category/SKU wise Vol) from assigned area by effective Target planning.
∎ Oversee the credit collection from channels.
∎ Ensuring effective communication of sales schemes and category wise consumer promotions in the assigned market.
∎ Expansion of MBO/LD and monitoring district level business volume and value.
∎ Executing sales growth plan and sales drive by managing sales team members efficiently.
∎ Monitoring retail infra management as per the company guideline.
∎ Reporting to the assigned supervisor on daily basis.
∎ District level market share and Retail level counter share maintenance.
∎ Supervision of Territory Managers daily activities and ensuring day end achievement.
∎ Ensuring category and SKU wise stock availability in all active retails.
∎ Ensuring Retail Claim calculation and smooth disbursement by finance.
∎ Focusing on Retails through extensive market visit and building long term trade relationship with all channel partners.
∎ Ensuring team members KPI achievements and necessary grooming of team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bengali.

∎ Strong problem-solving skill.
