Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and administer all staffs under his/her operational jurisdiction for effective implementation, guidance and controlling of Microfinance operation.
∎ Assist to prepare the Branch wise operational & financial plan in consultation with Program Manager (MF) and also ensure the achievement as per plan.
∎ Frequent movement/visit to Branches (at least one Branch in a day) /groups (100% auditing of 4 groups within a week) and check all related records & documents.
∎ Ensure close guidance, monitoring and strict checking of savings and credit operation as per rules, regulations and policy to stop any type of anomalies or irregularities in the implementation of the program.
∎ Undertake prompt action against any anomalies occurred in the field as appropriate and shared with supervisor.
∎ Keep close contact with all staffs under his/her jurisdiction to develop them through motivation and demonstration to create positive working environment for the smooth operation of the program.
∎ Propose for training, orientation etc, for staff development.
∎ Review branch as well as staff wise credit and savings performance and provide regular feed back to Branch Manager and the respective staff to assist them to decide a course of action as appropriate.
∎ Provide support to staff to resolve any problem arises in his/her working area appropriately.
∎ Ensure Operational Self-sufficiency (OSS) and Financial Self-sufficiency (FSS) of all the branches under his/her jurisdiction as desired by the organization.
∎ Keep and guide all microfinance related activities within the conceptual framework (strategic direction) of the organization.
∎ Control local expenditures judiciously for his/her region and ensure the expenditure within the approved budgetary provision.
∎ Supervise and monitor loan disbursement, loan & savings collection, deposition in Bank A/C's and proper record keeping of all financial transaction as per Loan & Savings policy.
∎ Ensure smooth credit fund management including Bank A/C operation, fund remittance and repayment of debts to outside organization.
∎ Ensure regular reporting of microfinance operation to management and donors as required.
∎ Maintain and preserve microfinance related documents properly and handle internal and external audit.
∎ Conduct/arrange meeting (weekly/monthly) meeting to review staff wise as well as branch wise credit and savings performance and provide feedback.
∎ Maintain liaison and good relation with other sector staffs of RDRS and with GO/NGO agencies.
∎ Ensure the implementation of bi-lateral project within Microfinance Program in his/her working area and also ensure related reports as required.
∎ Carry out such other functions as may be assigned by the management.

∎ Have a valid motorbike driving license.
Salary: Tk. 26000 - 49000 (Monthly)
