∎ Area Territory Marketing, Retail Sales, Sales & Marketing, Marketing Planning.
∎ At least 10 years experience in field level job & 5 years experience in same position.
∎ Maintaining field force at least 4 Years
∎ Excellent Computer literacy especially MS word, MS excel, Bangla Type, browsing etc.
∎ Publication or Pharmaceutical related Marketing job will be preferable.
∎ Honesty, sincerity, foresightedness and hardworking is must for the position.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement area-level sales strategies to ensure alignment with overall company goals and targets.
∎ Provide strong leadership and mentorship to Area fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
∎ Monitor sales performance across assigned Area, review performance reports, and collaborate with Management to devise corrective measures where necessary.
∎ Review and approve expense reports from Management and take necessary action to optimize cost efficiency.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, such as local vendors, community leaders, and authorities, to support retail expansion and operations.
∎ Represent the company at the area level, maintaining positive community and customer relations.
