Responsibilities & Context:

Agrani Printing Press seeking passionate, talented, and career-driven professionals to join Accounts & Finance Department and contribute to continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.

  • Prepare payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers.

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

  • Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

  • Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.

  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

  • Support VAT, Tax, and audit-related activities.

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.

  • Process payroll-related accounting entries.

  • Generate reports using Tally Prime, ERP, or other accounting software.

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

  • Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
