Job Context:
∎ Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Supervising Territory Salesmen to align area sales to achieve target;
∎ Oversee the Credit Collection from channels;
∎ Effectively communicate sales schemes and consumer promotions in the assigned market;
∎ Executing sales growth plan and sales drive through a team effort to achieve the target;
∎ Monitoring retail infra management as per the company guideline;
∎ Reporting to line supervisor daily / monthly / yearly basis;
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management;
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness;
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years

∎ Proven track record on sales.
