Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in any discipline (BBA/ MBA or Marketing Background Preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Direct Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute cycle execution plan
∎ Recruit qualified Brand Promoters (BRs) as per requirement in time
∎ Train and brief field force about job roles and responsibilities.
∎ Make regular field visits as per requirement of IMSL
∎ Prepare report of field operation as per IMSL requirements.
∎ Managing (planning, leading, motivating, monitoring) multiple teams of BRs (each team led by a BR Supervisor)
∎ Distribution house wise performance monitoring
∎ Maintain liaison with officers of client and distributor
∎ Assess requirement and arrange for training
∎ Enforcing discipline in the field
∎ Performance analysis and take rectification steps, if required
∎ Support to recruitment of team members for various teams under him
∎ Routine visits from distribution house to house and run sudden inspections to ensure that everything is going according to plan
∎ Develop and maintain excellent relationship with district/ thana/ upazilla administration
∎ Gathering field intelligence
∎ Inventory planning and maintenance of communication materials and aids
∎ Follow record management guidelines of IMSL

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years work experience in marketing and sales in any reputed organization
∎ Good command over day-to-day computer operation (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
∎ Team player and leadership skills
∎ Very good physical fitness
∎ Excellent communication skill (both oral and written)
∎ Good relationship with locally influential people and district/ upazilla administration
∎ Willing and ready to travel continuously and on a daily basis (this is not a desk job) from district to district
∎ Excellent knowledge about local tobacco market required **Local candidate preferred.
