∎ Masters in social science discipline, Development studies from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to the team members in consultation with Programme Coordinator
∎ Ensure quality implementation of the project in human rights, women rights, violence against women, advocacy and the democracy of his/her assigned area
∎ Coordinate all programme activities at District level as well as local and regional HRD groups
∎ Paid regular visit to the CSO and HRD alliances
∎ Organise and facilitate dialogue meeting between CSO, high school and local authority
∎ Coordination of direct assistance in human rights violations
∎ Regular basis communication with authorities and service provider
∎ Support and follow-up of RTI requests and coordination of public events
∎ Management and implement of the programme activities and ensure quality through monitoring
∎ Factual periodic reporting the assigned area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on human rights, women's rights, Domestic violence, child marriage and subsequent Acts
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from ultra poor communities
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilisation of available resources
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit riding. Willing to live remote areas
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28510 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
