Responsibilities & Context:
SPACEFOLD ARCHITECTS is seeking a skilled and proactive Architect to join our growing design team.
(1–2 Years Experience)
Position: Architect & Visualizer
Required Skills
•Graduate from an IAB-accredited university.
• Strong command of AutoCAD
• Fast SketchUp/Others modeling and 3D visualization skills
• Create fast and clear 3D models with detailing and architectural visualizations (SketchUp / other tools)
• Solid understanding of architectural detailing and spatial planning
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative design team
💡 Important: This is not an entry-level or training role. Candidates should be ready to contribute immediately to ongoing projects.
