Skills of all Software: 3D MAX with V Ray Rendering, Auto Cad, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw, Lumion, MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel is must) and related to Architecture and interior design and Self capability of completing presentation of design.
Responsibilities & Context:
Proficient in 3D modeling, Animation and Presentation.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar tools.
Strong design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
Experience in construction coordination and site supervision is an asset.
