Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)/Bachelor of Interior.
∎ Diploma in Architecture also can apply if experienced.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design and drawing for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Should have rich design experience and sufficient Knowledge of raw material used.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Coordinate with Clients regarding deign related issues.
∎ Meeting and Design presentation to client if required.
∎ Professional Skill about Auto Cad SketchUp, Lumion 3d Rendering.
∎ Capable to do Architectural & Interior design projects.
∎ Capable to do 2D, 3D Studio Max
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate structural and other utility drawing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Good Knowledge on should have experience in both Architecture and Interior.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skill Autodesk, 3D Studio, Max Sketch-up
