Responsibilities:
- Hunting new customer and generate leads for sale of apartments.
- Achieve departmental goal through Direct Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
- Create a strong relationship with the clients for potential opportunities.
- Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
- Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities
