Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring a skilled Architect to lead our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial design projects.
Key Responsibilities :
* Design functional, aesthetic residential and commercial buildings.
* Meet with clients to define project requirements.
* Develop detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models.
* Coordinate with structural engineers and construction contractors.
* Ensure designs comply with zoning laws and building codes.
* Oversee construction sites to monitor design implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
* Valid professional architect license.
* Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
* Proven portfolio in both housing and commercial structures.
* Strong project management and multitasking skills.
* Knowledge of mixed-use building regulations.
