Major Skills (1~5): Please do not apply if you do not know the tasks of Major Skills:
2D & 3D Visualization: Prepare detailed working drawings 2D and Exterior & Interior realistic 3D renderings. Sketch Up, 3D Max, Animation and relevant software. If you know how to create 3D models and give 3D renderings, then apply.
Rajuk Approval Sheet: You can create a RAJUK sheet according to the current RAJUK Far Calculation.
Client Interaction & Problem-Solving: Understand client needs, present design concepts, make adjustments, and address any design-related challenges promptly. Must have experience working at MS Word & MS Excel.
Site Supervision: Experience in inspecting ongoing projects inside and outside Dhaka, solving work problems.
Thinking about how to grow the company and taking on the challenge of becoming a valuable person in the company.
Other Skills:
An entrepreneurial spirit and a motivational quality.
Good communication skill in English and Bengali.
Arranging contractual work for the design department to increase sales in local.
Deep knowledge Interior Materials.
Team work experience is mandatory.
You must have the mindset to hand over every task at the right time.
You must have the attitude of treating the company everyone well and respecting the company rules and regulations.
Skills & Expertise:
3D modeling and rendering3D Studio Max, Auto CAD 2D, 3D,lumion Animation,sketch up 3d, V- ray, D-5, Graphic Photoshop.
