∎ Engineer/Architect/ Graduate/ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Market visits, client hunt, creating market opportunities by generating and qualifying potential leads in advance.
∎ Respond to the client's query at office and over telephone & mobile.
∎ Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
∎ Researching and contacting potential clients to understand their requirements and secure deals.
∎ Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to clients.
∎ Maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
∎ Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential clients to reach the given target.
∎ To conduct & attend meeting with the prospects & Clients.
∎ To visit sites frequently to stay up to date.
∎ Respond and follow up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Firms, and Interior Retail Market
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s), preferable in Interior sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Those who have experience and mentality to work on target basis are requested to apply.
∎ Must have the ability to complete the sales target.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Highly motivated and target driven with hard working mindset.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
∎ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
