∎ Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
∎ Deep knowledge to application of contemporary materials & their availability in the existing market.
∎ Enough knowledge on BOQ & expense on project
∎ Team work experience is mandatory.
∎ Strong project management skill from scratch of a design till handover to client.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
∎ Organizational skills to keep track of project progress and revisions.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions during the rendering process.

∎ Knowledge Texture painting, and creating realistic materials.
∎ Ability to work with shades and understand how they affect the final render.
∎ Strong understanding of lighting principles and techniques to create mood and realism in renders.
∎ Experience with different lighting setups and their impact on the scene.
∎ Animation Skills (optional but beneficial):Basic knowledge of animation principles can be helpful,
∎ Good understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
∎ Ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs.
∎ Precision in modeling, texturing, and rendering to ensure high-quality outputs.
∎ Ability to spot and correct errors in the work. Soft Skills Communication.
∎ Responsibilities & Context: We are Architectural Visualization Team In Dhaka, Globally Providing 3D render Services. We Are Looking For Couple of Architectural model and and render expert who can Able to create High Quality detail model and render For Us.
∎ Technical Skills Proficiency in 3D Software:
