A.K. Developments Ltd. is looking for a creative and talented Architect with strong expertise in Architectural Visualization, Rendering, Presentation Graphics, Brochure Design, and Animation.
Requirements
✓ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed university.
✓ Minimum 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Developer Company.
✓ Strong portfolio in Architectural Visualization and Presentation.
✓ Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
3ds Max
V-Ray, Corona Renderer
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
[Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for architectural animation, motion graphics, and promotional video production]
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Visualization: Create photorealistic exterior/interior renderings and 3D walkthrough animations.
Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging social media posts, static graphics, and high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) showcasing our projects.
Presentation & Marketing: Develop conceptual presentation graphics, infographics, brochures, and promotional video materials for digital marketing.
Salary
Negotiable based on qualifications and expertise.
