• Prepare an action plan to meet the monthly sales target and drive to achieve the target of the assigned person.

• Visit and collect the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target   

• Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as search, and expansion of new markets.   

• Ensure a periodic visit to all the fish farms to build a strong relationship with all the farmers.   

• Ensure necessary support to the farmers and ensure their retention.   

• Collect and share the competitor`s information regarding different policies, offers, and sales and marketing strategies with the supervisor to take necessary action where required.   

• Provide required feedback to the supervisor/ management about the present scenario and future aqua feed market trends, market survey, and aquatic product analysis.

• Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor.   

• Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.  

• Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company to achieve the monthly fish feed sales target. 

• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
