প্রাথীকে অবশ্যই যে কোন পোশাক শিল্প কারখানায় জ্যাকেট/নীট ও ওভেন পোশাক প্রোডাকশনে কমপক্ষে ১০ বৎসরের কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে। যে কোন সেম্পল কমেন্টস এর আলোকে কর্মপন্থা নির্ধারন করে তা বাস্তবায়নের যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে। ২০ লাইনের ফ্যাক্টরীতে Quality Goal অর্জন করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
