Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Animal Nutritionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating nutritionally balanced diets for various animals, conducting research, and providing expert guidance to improve animal health and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and develop feeding programs and diets tailored to the nutritional needs of specific species, including livestock, pets, and exotic animals.
Conduct research to understand the nutritional requirements and preferences of different animal species.
Collaborate with veterinarians, farmers, and pet owners to provide nutritional advice and support.
Analyze and interpret nutritional data to monitor and improve the effectiveness of diet formulations.
Stay current with the latest developments in animal nutrition and feed technology.
Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials for clients and staff.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
