- Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package, internet browsing, emailing, etc.
- Ability to meet deadline.

- Excellent communication skill & leadership.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers/vendors.
Negotiation on contracts, terms and price with local key suppliers maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.
Improve procurement processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy and transparency.
Requisition review & check-in ERP software.
Check requisition quantity & purpose of the demand.
Collect quotation from the supplier & CS preparation as well as collect approval.
Prepare purchase orders in ERP software.
Distribute the items to concern farms & factories.
Handling MRR and prepare bills as well as submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.
Checking inventory on software & physical inventory audit with the audit team.
Searching new vendors with quality.
Stay updated for alternative product information always
Visit local market & vendor’s factory to observe the production process of required items.
Generate various reports.
Any other assignment given by the superiors.
