∎ Experience in Reservations/ booking ( GDS-Sabre or others)
∎ Ability to work well under pressure
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Knowledge of reservation systems and ticketing platforms
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Ticket Sales and Sales skills

∎ Air Ticketing & Visa Processing
∎ Must be experienced in visa processing ASIA and first-world countries visa processing.
∎ Arrange and prepare supporting documents for visa application.
∎ Experiences in Reservations/Booking (GDS-Sabre & others)
∎ Explore business development and implement training for exceptional service.
∎ Manage escalations and complex cases with effective problem-solving.
∎ Present regular reports on sales performance, metrics, and challenges.
