- Good Knowledge air ticketing customer handle on airline industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Ability to correspond with GDS & Airlines office.
- Air ticket reservation & sales (online & offline)
- Deal all necessary IATA requirements time to time
- Keeping updated knowledge of Airline’s Promotional offers.
- Air ticket often via an OTA, GDS, NDC.
- Handle all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Should have highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Contact the client to resolve problems.
- Any other tasks assign by the management.
