• Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / SEO-তে Professional Training থাকলে

  অগ্রাধিকার।

• Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads Management, Professional Design & Content Creation এ proven track record থাকতে হবে।

• Digital Agency বা Design Team থেকে কাজ বুঝে নেওয়া এবং Coordination করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• Graphic Design Tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva ইত্যাদি)-তে দক্ষতা।

• Video Editing Tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora ইত্যাদি) জানা আবশ্যক।

• Strong Communication Skills (English & Bangla)

• Creative, Self-Motivated এবং Deadline Maintain করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।

• Travel & Tourism Industry তে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।

Responsibilities & Context:

• কোম্পানির সম্পূর্ণ Digital Marketing & Branding Strategy পরিচালনা করা।

• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok সহ বিভিন্ন Social Media Platform-এ পেজ ও ক্যাম্পেইন ম্যানেজমেন্ট করা।

• কোম্পানির জন্য সৃজনশীল কন্টেন্ট (English & Bangla) তৈরি করা (Ad Copy, Post Caption, Blog, Website Content ইত্যাদি)।

• Professional Graphics Design (Banner, Poster, Brochure, Social Media Post, Corporate Presentation ইত্যাদি) তৈরি করতে হবে।

• ভিডিও এডিটিং ও শর্ট কন্টেন্ট (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Motion Ads) তৈরি করতে হবে।

• ডিজিটাল এজেন্সি/ডিজাইনার/কন্টেন্ট ক্রিয়েটরদের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ বুঝে নেওয়া ও মান যাচাই করা।

• Paid Ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) পরিচালনা ও রিপোর্টিং।

• SEO ও Website Traffic উন্নয়ন।

• কোম্পানির ম্যানেজমেন্টকে নিয়মিত ডিজিটাল পারফরম্যান্স রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
