- Good Knowledge air ticketing customer handle on airline industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
Ability to correspond with GDS & Airlines office.
Air ticket marketing & sales (online & offline)
Deal all necessary IATA requirements time to time.
Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
Marketing often via an OTA, GDS & NDC.
Handle all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Should have highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Contact the client to resolve problems.
Any other Tasks assign by the management.
