Job Responsibilities:
∎ To excel in this role, you will be responsible for:
∎ Provide clients with precise and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and availability.
∎ Handle all aspects of ticket bookings and reservations in compliance with airline and travel regulations.
∎ Communicate with clients and airlines through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
∎ Manage ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds efficiently and in accordance with established policies.
∎ Prepare and send invoices and receipts to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
∎ Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring they are detailed and up-to-date.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and options.
∎ Utilize reservation systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, Portal) proficiently to access flight schedules, fares, and availability.
∎ Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to secure the best deals and options for clients' travel itineraries.
∎ Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
∎ Collaborate with other departments within the agency to ensure a seamless and coordinated travel experience for clients.
∎ Perform administrative tasks related to ticketing and reservations
Additional Requirements:
∎ To excel in this role, you will need:
∎ A mastery of English language, exemplified through strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in using reservation systems, including Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and Portal.
∎ Strong understanding of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and travel industry regulations.
∎ Familiarity with international and domestic flight routes, airlines, and their respective policies and procedures.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for generating and managing documents.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to provide engaging and accurate information about Air Ticket.
∎ A versatile team player, adept at collaborating effectively while also possessing the self-assuredness to work independently.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
∎ Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with clients and airlines.
∎ Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to clients' travel needs.
∎ Flexibility in working hours to accommodate urgent booking requests or address travel disruptions outside of regular office hours.
∎ Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Air Ticket Reservation Executive.
Salary:
∎ 30K (as per company policy)
