Responsibilities & Context:

Ismartu Technology BD Limited is a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings, a company dedicated to becoming a leading provider of smart devices and mobile services in global emerging markets. Our portfolio includes popular smart brands such as TECNO, itel, Infinix etc. Company is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven AIoT Sales Manager to lead the sales and market expansion of AIoT solutions for its brand TECNO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client and partner relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role demands strong market knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve AIoT sales targets

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and enterprise customers

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, deal closure, and post-sales support

  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock availability and seamless product distribution

  • Organize and attend client meetings, delivering impactful product presentations and demonstrations

  • Partner with product and marketing teams to strengthen AIoT positioning in the market

  • Train and educate channel partners and internal sales teams on AIoT features, use cases, and competitive advantages

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote AIoT products

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with broader business objectives

  • Collect and share customer feedback to guide product development and strategic planning

  • Prepare regular sales reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management

  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
