UpSkill Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated and talented AI Software Engineer with 0–2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building AI Agents, AI Chatbots, and custom AI Models, along with strong backend development skills using FastAPI. You will work across the stack to design, implement, and deploy intelligent applications, ensuring seamless integration between AI systems and user interfaces.

Job Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday are holidays)

Office Hours: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for diverse applications.

• Build and deploy AI Agents and conversational AI Chatbots.

• Design RESTful APIs using FastAPI and integrate them with AI services.

• Implement full-stack solutions, including frontend integration and backend logic.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of professional experience in AI/ML or full-stack development.

• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or conversational AI systems.

• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
