Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a curious, fast-learning, and experiment-driven intern who loves building websites and exploring new digital tools.

This role goes beyond traditional web development. You will work with WordPress, Gutenberg, and Spectra Pro to create custom websites from Figma designs, while also learning funnels, AI tools, automation, and creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Web Experience Creation

• Build custom WordPress websites using:

  • Gutenberg

  • Spectra Pro

• Convert Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites

• Customize layouts, blocks, and styles without relying only on pre-made templates

• Ensure websites are responsive, clean, and user-friendly

Funnel & Conversion Basics

• Understand and assist in building funnels (landing pages, lead capture flows, conversion paths)

• Implement funnel pages using WordPress and related tools

• Optimize layouts with a conversion-first mindset

AI-Powered Learning & Execution

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI design/code assistants, automation tools) to:

  • Improve workflows

  • Learn faster

  • Solve problems independently

• Actively explore how AI can improve web creation, content, and productivity

Learning & Experimentation

• Learn and experiment with new tools, platforms, and workflows

• Adapt quickly to new requirements and technologies

• Work on different types of tasks beyond web design when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Gutenberg

  • Spectra Pro

• Ability to build a custom WordPress website from a Figma design

• Strong willingness to learn new tools and skills

• Interest in AI-assisted workflows

• Problem-solving mindset and curiosity

Soft Skills

• Self-learner with a growth mindset

• Comfortable experimenting and failing fast

• Good communication and ability to follow design/logic instructions

• Not afraid to handle multiple types of tasks

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Mandatory)

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Photoshop

• Basic Python knowledge

• Understanding of automation tools

• Any experience with marketing funnels or CRO
