We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Developer to lead the design and implementation of intelligent enterprise solutions that support core business functions across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing AI Agents, implementing Microsoft Copilot solutions, and integrating SAP Joule AI capabilities to automate workflows, improve business productivity, and deliver measurable operational efficiency.

This position offers the opportunity to work on advanced AI technologies within a modern enterprise environment and contribute directly to digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered agents for Finance, HR, and Operations.

• Build enterprise AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Implement SAP Joule AI solutions within SAP business applications.

• Develop generative AI solutions using large language models.

• Create conversational AI for employee and business support.

• Integrate AI with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur.

• Connect AI systems with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

• Develop secure REST APIs for enterprise AI integration.

• Apply prompt engineering for optimized AI performance.

• Implement RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems.

• Work with vector databases for semantic search.

• Develop machine learning models for business automation.

• Build Python-based AI services and automation scripts.

• Manage enterprise data pipelines using SQL and NoSQL.

• Develop workflows in Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Automate invoice processing and financial reporting.

• Build HR automation for recruitment and onboarding.

• Create AI solutions for operational monitoring.

• Ensure AI security and compliance standards.

• Monitor and improve model performance.

• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
