∎ Must have Knowledge of the principles and applications of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies in fertilizer production and use
∎ Must have Experience in using analytical and characterization techniques for nanomaterials and nanotechnologies, such as spectroscopy, microscopy, chromatography, etc.
∎ Must have Proficiency in using statistical and computational software for data analysis and modeling, such as MATLAB, R, Python, SPSS, Excel etc.
∎ Proficiency in various analytical techniques and methodologies used in agricultural research.
∎ Ability to work independently or in team, creatively and take initiative.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ test new nanomaterials and nanotechnologies for improving the quality and efficiency of fertilizers and other agricultural products.
∎ Design and synthesize new nanomaterials and nanotechnologies for fertilizer applications
∎ Conduct laboratory and field experiments to evaluate the performance and safety of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies in agriculture
∎ Analyze and interpret data using statistical and computational methods
∎ Prepare and present scientific reports and publications·
∎ Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and stakeholders in multidisciplinary projects
∎ Follow ethical and regulatory standards for nanomaterials and nanotechnologies in agriculture
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
∎ Bashundhara Agro Chemical Industries Limited (BACIL) is looking for a highly motivated, Proactive, energetic and experienced Agro Chemist to join our team. He will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and development activities related to agricultural chemicals and processes.
