Experience:

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Diploma in Agriculture

• Age 25 to 48 years

English:

• Supervise farming project for several types of chilies and peppers

• Monitoring fertilizer application, irrigation, pest and disease control, and plant growth

• Conducting daily field visits to observe plant growth and disease conditions

• Safe storage and management of fertilizers and pesticides

• Preparing daily and weekly reports (irrigation, fertilizer, spraying, manpower etc.)

• Immediately reporting any problems or disease outbreaks

• Supervising workers‘ daily tasks and schedules

• Providing field information to the management

• Maintaining necessary communication with the local agriculture office or suppliers

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:              

• মরিচ চাষে সার, সেচ, রোগ-বালাই দমন ও বৃদ্ধির পর্যবেক্ষণ

• প্রতিদিন মাঠ পরিদর্শন করে গাছের বৃদ্ধি, রোগ, ফুল ও ফলের অবস্থা পর্যবেক্ষণ

• সেচ ব্যবস্থা, পাইপ, পাম্প, ও ট্রেলিস মেরামত ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ

• সার, কীটনাশক ও মাছের খাদ্য নিরাপদ সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা

রিপোর্টিং ও ডকুমেন্টেশন:

• দৈনিক ও সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট তৈরি (সেচ, সার, স্প্রে, উৎপাদন ইত্যাদি)

• খরচ ও উৎপাদন রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ

• কোনো সমস্যা বা রোগবালাই দেখা দিলে তাৎক্ষণিক রিপোর্ট করা

• প্রজেক্টের ছবি/ভিডিওসহ ভিজ্যুয়াল রিপোর্ট তৈরি

সমন্বয় ও টিম ব্যবস্থাপনা:

• শ্রমিকদের দৈনিক কাজ ও সময়সূচি তদারকি

• মাঠের তথ্য ম্যানেজমেন্ট টিমে সরবরাহ

• স্থানীয় কৃষি অফিস বা সরবরাহকারীর সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগ
