Responsibilities & Context:
English:
Supervise farming project for several types of chilies and peppers
Monitoring fertilizer application, irrigation, pest and disease control, and plant growth
Conducting daily field visits to observe plant growth and disease conditions
Safe storage and management of fertilizers and pesticides
Preparing daily and weekly reports (irrigation, fertilizer, spraying, manpower etc.)
Immediately reporting any problems or disease outbreaks
Supervising workers‘ daily tasks and schedules
Providing field information to the management
Maintaining necessary communication with the local agriculture office or suppliers

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
• মরিচ চাষে সার, সেচ, রোগ-বালাই দমন ও বৃদ্ধির পর্যবেক্ষণ
• প্রতিদিন মাঠ পরিদর্শন করে গাছের বৃদ্ধি, রোগ, ফুল ও ফলের অবস্থা পর্যবেক্ষণ
• সেচ ব্যবস্থা, পাইপ, পাম্প, ও ট্রেলিস মেরামত ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
• সার, কীটনাশক ও মাছের খাদ্য নিরাপদ সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা
রিপোর্টিং ও ডকুমেন্টেশন:
• দৈনিক ও সাপ্তাহিক রিপোর্ট তৈরি (সেচ, সার, স্প্রে, উৎপাদন ইত্যাদি)
• খরচ ও উৎপাদন রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ
• কোনো সমস্যা বা রোগবালাই দেখা দিলে তাৎক্ষণিক রিপোর্ট করা
• প্রজেক্টের ছবি/ভিডিওসহ ভিজ্যুয়াল রিপোর্ট তৈরি
সমন্বয় ও টিম ব্যবস্থাপনা:
• শ্রমিকদের দৈনিক কাজ ও সময়সূচি তদারকি
• মাঠের তথ্য ম্যানেজমেন্ট টিমে সরবরাহ
• স্থানীয় কৃষি অফিস বা সরবরাহকারীর সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় যোগাযোগ
