• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Fisheries,Animal/Plant Breeding,Hatchery,Dairy

• Age At least 40 years
• Only Male

• Formulate regional and zonal sales plans aligned with company goals and ensure effective execution to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify potential markets, appoint new dealers/distributors, and ensure coverage in underdeveloped or high-potential areas.

• Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

• Monitor sales trends, forecast demand, and submit timely reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.

• Work closely with the technical, logistics, and production departments to ensure timely product availability, quality assurance, and after-sales support.

• Gather and analyze information on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Plan and implement promotional activities, farmer meetings, and training programs to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
