Responsibilities & Context:
Formulate regional and zonal sales plans aligned with company goals and ensure effective execution to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify potential markets, appoint new dealers/distributors, and ensure coverage in underdeveloped or high-potential areas.
Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Monitor sales trends, forecast demand, and submit timely reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
Work closely with the technical, logistics, and production departments to ensure timely product availability, quality assurance, and after-sales support.
Gather and analyze information on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Plan and implement promotional activities, farmer meetings, and training programs to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
