∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
∎ Candidate from public university will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Borak Ready Mix Concrete, a concern of the Unique Group, is one of the leading ready-mix concrete providers serving the nation. To sustain and accelerate the company's growth, we are seeking a qualified and dynamic individual for the role of AGM/GM - Production and Operations to drive our continued success in production and operational excellence.
∎
∎ • Monitoring the overall factory operations of Ready-Mix Concrete plant.
∎ • Planning, organizing, directing & running optimum day to day operations of the plant to meet budget targets.
∎ • Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ • Design the Ready-Mix Concrete productions as per standard code and PSI.
∎ • Ensuring the production quality as required for customer satisfaction and company expectation.
∎ • Planning for the remaining materials level.
∎ • Ensuring the production input, output, quality test and on time delivery.
∎ • Communication with the sales and marketing, procurement, accounts and relevant departments.
∎ • Develop the systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ • Achieve maximum production at the lowest cost.
∎ • Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ • Ensuring the availability & storage of quality raw materials in a cost-effective manner.
∎ • Creating a good working environment at the factory.
∎ • Allocating resources effectively and fully utilizing the resources to produce optimum results and ensuring efficiency.
∎ • Verifying overall petty cash vouchers and reducing unnecessary expenditure.
∎ • Ensuring the safety and security of production and the factory premises.
∎ • Lead all plants staff from the front and have a good command of them.
∎ • Communicate with top management directly as and when required regarding any issues of the plants.
