• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Excellent salesmanship, communication and presentation skills.

• Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative and result oriented.

• Ensure sales through the Contractor, Corporate, Distributor channel to earn revenue. 

• Ensure sales are of quality (at the approved rate, approved credit period, and has proper collection rate).

• Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.

• Submit proposals to potential clients for customer conversion.

• Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, product requirements, customer requirements.     

• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, engineering, and technical departments for smooth execution of order. 

• Conduct market survey program & making marketing strategy.

• Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports. 

• Preparing promotional plan & perform successfully.

• Monitoring All Collection Procedures. 

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
