∎ At least 10 year(s)

Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with customers, employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Manage existing executive team and build up an operations team
∎ Ensure Cut to ship flow chart and flowed SOP’s
∎ Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals
∎ Define monthly reporting requirements for all Operations functions and provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
∎ Efficiency driven production management
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material for higher productivity
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output as per the desire limit
∎ Closely work with Planning and Merchandizing departments to execute order according to the plan
∎ Ability to ensure Quick Changeover
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production
∎ Improvement of existing products using optimized level of Raw material
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning
Salary: Negotiable
