• At least 12 years’ experience.

Hamza Apparels Ltd. A reputed Garments Manufacturing Company in Bangladesh, having registered factory at Bhabanipur, Gazipur. As part of expansion of our business and present set up, the company is looking for qualified Bangladesh or Foreign Nationals for the following vacant position.

Responsibilities:

• Managing technical service in all life cycles for the knit & woven division.

• Follows customize technical files and develop samples according to customer requirement.

• Produce samples according to customer requirement and get the approval.

• Insure technical support in production.

• Ensure customer quality requirement and standard in production.

• Establish new technical methods to improve the efficiency.

• Implement correct SOP in the factory.

• Coordination with marketing and merchandising team, Buyer`s approval, Planning, Allocation, Shipment planning, Costing, Inter departmental issues and Administration etc.

• Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
