Experience:

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor`s degree/Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

• CA/ACCA/CMA (partly or fully qualified) will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Tax, VAT, customs and banking regulations.

• High proficiency in MS Excel, reporting and analytical tools.

• ERP Systems, Problem solving and analytical skill

• Manage the Finance & Accounts department and report to the GM-Finance.

• Make sure proper records in ERP software of recognizing revenue, expenditure, and advances.

• Oversee payroll activities, report on it, and support towards external audit.

• Analyze production units performance, process loss, financial reports, and special analysis reports for the management.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual budgets and variance analysis of the production units.

• Make regular communications with the banks to support factory requirements.

• Support the GM,DGM for preparation of various internal and external documents/ reports.

• Support the department heads towards establishing an organized documentation system.

• Support the team with any ad-hoc requirements, if and when necessary.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
