Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Quality Department at the factory level. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in quilting/padding jackets and regular woven tops & bottoms, with a proven track record of managing large quality teams and ensuring compliance with buyer standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall QA & QC operations ensuring compliance with buyer standards, AQL, and regulations.
Develop & implement quality systems, SOPs, and inspection plans from raw materials to finished garments.
Supervise and train quality team members to build awareness and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to prevent quality risks.
Conduct internal/external audits and prepare CAPA when required.
Analyze reports, customer feedback, and audit findings to drive continuous improvement.
Handle buyer communications, complaints, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure quality standards in quilting/padding jackets and woven tops & bottoms.
Establish KPIs and lead RCA sessions for recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with technical and social audit requirements.
