- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. in Textile Engineering preferred) or Master’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications such as CSCM will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within the RMG/apparel or retail sector, including at least 5–6 years in a senior managerial capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in global sourcing, vendor development, and supplier performance management.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, dyeing, printing, washing, and accessories.
Experience in sourcing from international markets, especially China, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide strategic leadership to the sourcing team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Drive the timely procurement of quality trims, accessories, and raw materials to support uninterrupted production and on-time shipment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and global suppliers to secure competitive pricing and superior quality.
Oversee cost analysis, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to optimize financial margins.
Monitor and improve supplier performance through regular evaluations and risk assessments.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, product development, and production teams to deliver product innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Represent the sourcing function in cross-functional meetings and negotiations with key stakeholders.
