Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for fish feed products
Manage and lead zonal/regional sales teams
Build strong relationships with dealers, fish farmers, and hatcheries
Expand presence in aquaculture clusters across Bangladesh
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Ensure sales target achievement and reporting
