Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Master degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University.
∎ MBA (major in Marketing)/ higher level diploma in marketing will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We require sincere, hardworking and qualified "Asst. General Manager-Sales& Business Development" who have more than Ten years practical knowledge in PEB Sector.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Uttara, Dhaka but need to visit anywhere in Bangladesh for official purpose

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge about Steel Structure & Pre-Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Building industry.
∎ The key responsibility to ensure the Sales and promoting of Steel Buildings & Structures by dealings with potential clients
∎ New enquiry generation and coordination with customers & consultants to fulfil their technical and financial requirements.
∎ Review and Analysis of Architectural/Construction Drawings and handling technical meetings and dealing with Customers, Consultants, Architects.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service consistent with organizational values and objectives. Continue to develop and strengthen company's unique and compelling voice to build brand
∎ Communicate potential customers and business organizations, develop network to grow business relations, attract corporate and individual customers and participate in Sales Meetings, conference, seminars, trade promotions etc.
∎ Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedule, and discount rate, and develop sales campaign to accommodate goals of company, gather competitive intelligence on customer preferences
∎ Prepare and present variety of reports for management, including statistical report and market analysis, discount and credit facilities, local conditions and barriers, competitor market sharing, sales order procurement and target achievement, pricing etc.
∎ To plan and carry out individual sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales target & ability to take challenge to achieve the targeted business volume.
∎ Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Broad experience with computer literacy, conversant with MS Office application & Auto-CAD are must, relevant engineering software's (ETABS, STAAD Pro) will be added quality.
∎ Very vibrant and innovative technological skill with an excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English.
∎ Age At least 30-40 year(s).
∎ Highly developed negotiation skills, strategic business knowledge & attractive presentation skills.
∎ Maintain appropriate customer engagement proactively to delegate Win-Win situation for both stakes
∎ Set, maintain & update files, databases and other recording mechanisms required in the provision of the guidance and information service
∎ Must be self-motivating, self-starter, fast thinker, industrious, result oriented with 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation. Be flexible to provide off-hour support
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
