Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring & improving the productivity and efficiency of the production lines.Responsibilities will include ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Responsible for production planning of the woven garment’s factory.
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work force.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility.
∎ Arrange and manage the production unit machines by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good technical & organizational skills.
∎ Should have experience in the production, Floor Line Management, Production Management & most important planning and monitoring.
∎ Should be proficient in both written & spoken English.
∎ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal & leadership ability with good communication skills.
