• Preference will be given to those who have experience in factory base IE.

• Having a good communication skill in English both speaking and writing.

• Committed, independent, multi-tasking & result oriented.       

• Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Item Jacket)

• Oversee the IE Bulletin mentioning the manpower and machine plan with SMV spelt out against each process for one single style.

• Must ensure that section-wise (Cutting, Sewing, Quality & Finishing) is met as per the SOP standard set.

• Attend PP meetings headed either by the Planning Department and QA Department Head.

• Ensure that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output based on skill matrix.

• Ensure that the machine layout is in accordance with the IE bulletin and Machine servicing done by the maintenance team having all the protective devices on like needle guard/eye guards are in place.

• Ensure ZERO Machine breakdown. Ensure that all workstations are properly illuminated and ready to take input.

• Prepare input before line feeding and arrange a size set sample for the line.

• Follow up on size set, pilot and all pre-production processes to ensure 100% PCD and 100% PSD.

• Arrange the pre-production sample and compared with the original approved sample.

• Approve the commencement of production against a work order & monitor the progress of production against the production plan.

• Must ensure that buyer QC has no complaints.

• Responsible for daily rejection count and style closing reconciliation.

• Ensure no skill gap in his floor using jumpers.

• Ensure that ship goods are loaded properly.

• Must achieve management set priority for his floor.

• Responsible for supervising discipline & leave of his/her subordinates on his team, as well as housekeeping on the floor, and other compliance issues.
