Knitting and Dyeing, Textile
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced personnel of AGM - Maintenance for Knitting & Dyeing factory.
∎ The General nature of the above mentioned position is to monitor and supervise all types of maintenance works of the facilities with a view to keep an uninterrupted operation of the plant.
∎ Job Location: Nayadingi (Dhaka-Aricha highway), Saturia, Manikganj, (7/8 km from Dhamrai).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To involve in implementation of installation of new machines in new project with dynamic leadership taking challenges to complete the work within the stipulated time.
∎ To prepare periodic & preventive maintenance schedule and implement the programs without hampering the normal flow of production.
∎ To place indent for procurement of spare parts well in advance to avoid down time of the plant.
∎ Boiler operation & maintenance, Air compressor & maintenance, Generator operation & maintenance, Knitting / Dyeing machines & maintenance.
∎ To undertake trouble shooting of mechanical/ electrical problems and take corrective action on any other breakdown of the plant.
∎ To monitor and control inventories for spare parts.
∎ To supervise, monitor & report regular maintenance.
∎ To maintain related documents & record.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must be experienced in Maintenance department with Knitting & Dyeing factory.
∎ Capable of solving all technical problems.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge.
Salary: Negotiable
