Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Assistant General Manager - Maintenance for our spinning Mills located in Manikganj.
∎ The job nature of the above mentioned position is to monitor and supervise all types of maintenance works of the facilities with a view to keep an uninterrupted operation of the machine.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after over all maintenance works to the facilities of Spinning Plant.
∎ Should be able to prepare maintenance works schedule of all section such as Blow Room, Carding, DSC, Ring, Auto Cone Machine & implementation of the same.
∎ Should be able to prepare monthly requirement of spare parts & lubricants for maintenance works and monitor and control inventories for spare parts
∎ To maintain related documents & record.
∎ To attend troubleshooting & take corrective action to solve.
∎ Must have the leadership skills and must be able to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the relevant departments to get the job done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Must have good computer skills.
∎ • The incumbent must be experienced in Maintenance department in large spinning mills.
∎ • Capable of solving all the technical & managerial problems.
Salary: Negotiable
