- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
- Collaborate with the production, finance, and warehouse teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the local procurement team to ensure efficiency and professional development.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
