∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Land and Legal, Legal Affairs, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power, Real Estate, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise of legal affairs and estate department.
∎ To conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters of the company.
∎ To provide advice on different legal issues and assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents.
∎ To face Civil & Criminal issue on behalf of the company in any court, tribunals, police station, or any other authority for the interest and benefit of the company.
∎ To be actively involved in preparing and drafting of different acts and legal submissions and draft the authoritative legal opinions as well.
∎ To conduct legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
∎ To assist in reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis.
∎ To draw up formalities regarding the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of the legal clauses.
∎ To Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds and Bia-Deeds, Records, Porcha, Survey Maps, Khatians, Dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS, Diarra etc., mutation documents, tax documents demarcation of land and property. Also, other legal papers and documents which are essential for the purity and authenticity of the purchasable lands and their unhindered, peaceful and hazard-free possessions.
∎ To follow up the registration & mutation process on behalf of the company.
∎ To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office and land dispute court etc..
∎ To keep and maintain good relations with AC-Land for Mutation etc.;
∎ To obtain inspection for RS Mutation and Conduct RS Mutation on property;
∎ To keep good relation with Vender and remain updated with Stamp Costs, Registration Fee, Documentation Charges and any other Taxes and Expenses likely to be incurred in connection with the Deed of Agreement, Registration, Transfer etc.;
∎ To check the legal status of the Land (mortgaged or leased or ownership) at the relevant Sub-register office(s) and appropriate office(s);
∎ To Re-check all documents submitted by the sellers with related Govt. offices to ascertain genuineness of the documents;
∎ To keep an eye over the project area and its boundary walls/fences round the clock so that no lack of arrangement in the security and supervision might hamper the peaceful and demarcated khass possessions of the land and properties involving company's interest;
∎ To understand and handling land related issues like; Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Suf-Kabala deed, various legal letters/reply against letter/affidavit/agreement/contract/deed etc.;
∎ To lead and initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company;
∎ To oversee all legal and litigation matters and advise on civil matters directed to external counsel;
∎ To design and Draft Sale Deeds and Lease Agreements;
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
∎ To deal with land owner and brokers for purchasing land.
∎ To take initiative for land registration.
∎ To ensure Conveyancing (i.e. Affidavit, Agreement, Undertaking etc.)
∎ To visit land as per the requirement of the company and submit proposal for new purchase.
∎ To deal with RAJUK officials about sale permission, sale, mutation, possession certificate, plan approval etc.
∎ To file case on behalf of company as complainant/informant/plaintiff/defendant.
∎ To draft Pleadings, Complaint Petition and Ejahar on behalf of the company.
∎ To hearing all the court cases as panel lawyer of the company.
∎ To sending Legal Notice on behalf of the company.
∎ To file new case and follow up the case.
∎ To take legal action against employee and borrower who breach interest of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Real Estate, Housing & Group of Company will be given preference.
∎ The candidate who has Bar Council Membership will get preference.
∎ Candidate must have deep Knowledge in land related papers.
∎ A professional with more than 8 years of experience in related field in any prominent local or Group of company from any business sector.
∎ Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Have good knowledge in Land related Drafting Bengali & English both.
∎ Willing to travel across country
∎ Interpersonal, Reporting Skills
∎ Positive & Pro-active attitude towards work.
∎ Able to work under pressure efficiently.
