• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong interpersonal skills in building and maintaining effective relationships with team members, vendors, and external partners.

• Must have proven experience in land surveying, with top priority given to candidates experienced in operating Total Station equipment.

• Operate and maintain survey instruments such as Total Stations, Theodolites, GPS devices, and leveling tools to ensure accurate measurements.

• Monitor, record, and report any site-level deviations, discrepancies, or inconsistencies from approved designs.

• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare corresponding reports, sketches, and documentation for project records.

• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of all surveying instruments on site.

• Assist in the alignment and layout of excavation works, basement structures, footings, and slab levels.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to translate architectural and structural drawings into precise site markings.

• Verify accuracy of site levels, column positioning, and foundation layouts during various stages of construction.
