MH Group is a well-reputed and rapidly expanding business conglomerate in Bangladesh, engaged in manufacturing consumer goods and import-based operations. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our Land & Estate Department in the position of Senior Manager. The Senior Manager – Land & Estate will be responsible for managing all land and property–related matters of the Group. This includes acquisition, leasing, documentation, compliance, coordination with government offices, and safeguarding company land and assets. The role requires strong leadership, legal understanding, and practical field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all land acquisition, leasing, sale, and transfer activities of the organization.
2. Ensure proper title verification, due diligence, mutation, registration, and record keeping of land and property documents.
3. Liaise with government authorities such as the DC office, the Sub-Registrar office, the Land Office, RAJUK, the City Corporation, and other relevant bodies.
4. Manage land surveys, boundary demarcation, and resolution of land-related disputes.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable land laws, rules, and regulatory requirements.
6. Coordinate with legal advisers regarding land litigation, cases, and legal notices.
7. Maintain and update a centralized database of all land and estate documents.
8. Monitor encroachment issues and take necessary actions to protect company property.
9. Lead, guide, and supervise the Land & Estate team and external service providers.
10. Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for senior management.
11. Support management in strategic planning related to land bank development and property utilization.
